MES Indian School Celebrating 50 years of excellence, UNIQ Educational Wing embarked on a transformative journey towards holistic wellness with a special training session on Heart Health! Under the insightful guidance of UNIQ Education Wing Lead Mr. Sulaiman, Vice President Ms.Saleena, and MC Member Mr. Jiss Thomas, over 300 dedicated teaching staff delved into the realms of Basic Life Support, Diet Nutrition & Lifestyle Management, and Stress Management.
The program is Presided by the esteemed Mrs. Hameeda Kader, Principal of MES Indian School, the event radiated warmth and enthusiasm, symbolizing the strong spirit of collaboration and growth within the MES community. Here's to a future brimming with more such enriching events and the collective pursuit of well-being.
