UNIQ SHEP 2024 - MES INDIAN SCHOOL
UNIQ is delighted to conduct a workshop on Stress Management at MES Indian School Doha for their administrative staff on the 15th of June under our Educational Wing.
The session was well productive with an overwhelming response by the attendees from MES staff, with the presence of Mr. Luthfi Kalamaban - UNIQ President, Ms. Hameeda Khader- MES Principal, Ms. Bindu Linson- UNIQ General Secretary, Ms. Mini Siby- UNIQ advisory, Mr. Dileesh Bhargawan- Treasurer, Mr. Rashid- MES Administration Head, along with other officials from MES school and UNIQ.
The team was coordinated by Mr. Sulaiman- the UNIQ Education Wing lead and the sessions presented by our education wing experts Mr. George, Ms. Saleena, and Mr. Joji, were exceptional, providing valuable insights into managing stress effectively.
The team conveyed the essence of stress management with clarity and impact, making the workshop a resounding success.
